Saying Farewell uses Australia Post for delivery anywhere in Australia. Shipping costs are calculated automatically on the weight of the items purchased with a minimum charge of $9.15. Additional charges for Express Post will be shown during the checkout process. We aim to dispatch in-stock goods (see below regarding the Cremation Range and Service Templates) within 1 working day of receipt of payment. Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We can try and accommodate requests for delivery on specific dates, however, we can’t make any guarantees as any delays with delivery are out of our control.
Allow 2-4 business days for any item from the Cremation Range to be shipped as these items are special order products.
Our Service Template range is comprised of digital editable templates. They are download only, no physical product will be shipped. Access to template(s) will be available 5-10 minutes from purchase. You are able to self-edit in a desktop web browser. No software downloads are required. Instructions are provided with each template.
Please Note: We use Australia Post and base our delivery expectations on their guidelines. Once an item is sent, we rely solely on their service to get your order to you or the recipient in the estimated time frame. The delivery side is completely out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible if there is a hold up with delivery.
